All payments, including deposits, are strictly non-refundable due to the custom and creative nature of our services. By booking with Thread of Life Graphics, you acknowledge that your payment secures our time, expertise, and availability — which may prevent us from accepting other clients.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to: change of mind, selecting another service provider, or no longer requiring the service. Please book responsibly and ensure all details are correct before proceeding.

Business hours are Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM & Saturday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST. We are closed on Sundays and Bahamian holidays.

Projects may be completed and/or sent out on weekends only with the addition of a rush fee.

Deposits & payments for services can be made via bank transfer for clients in The Bahamas. Instructions with the same will be sent via email once initial contact is made.

For clients outside of The Bahamas, payment can be made via PayPal or E-transfer (Canada).

Failure to submit the final payment will result in the withholding of the completed project, as well as all associated rights and ownership.

For any service you require, you should book at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Yes, rush services may be available for an additional fee of $20.00. Please mention this in your design request, and we’ll confirm availability.

Any revisions requested after the project has been completed are subject to a $30.00 redesign fee.

If further clarity is needed or if communication through email becomes unclear, a Microsoft Teams call can be scheduled at the client’s request. This service is available for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour.

All service requests are typically addressed within 24 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries and more than 24 hours have passed, we kindly ask for your patience and grace — we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Turnaround times vary by service and are listed under each offering. Timing begins once all required information for the project has been submitted.

If required content is submitted after the 5–7 day window, your project will be rescheduled and completed within an additional 5–7 business days.

Yes! If email communication becomes unclear or you'd prefer to speak directly, you can schedule a Microsoft Teams call for $20.00 per hour.

Absolutely. Additional revisions beyond the two included are available for $25.00 each.
